If you have further questions, please call or text (402)297-0456 (Habló español) P O L I C I E S Deposit a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a new ombre powder brow service which will be credited to your full balance of your powder brows. Canceling in less than 24hrs will result in loosing your deposit. Lamination and other brow services requires no deposit. Payments The remaining balance after the deposit is placed will be due AT THE TIME OF SERVICE preferably in cash. Late Policy If you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment I will need to reschedule you and your deposit will be lost. I give myself enough time in-between clients and take my time with everyone to achieve the best possible outcome/results. Cancellation/No shows Cancelling your appointment with less than 24hr notice will result in losing your deposit. If you booked for a service that does not require a deposit and cancel with less than 24hr notice, you will need to place one in order to book again. NO SHOWS will loose deposit and will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of 50% of the service fee in order to book- this applies to all services. **DISCLAIMER** • I have the right to refuse service to anyone • NO REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PREFORMED. • Powder brows are a 2 step process- touch up is required at 4-8wks. This is the perfecting session. • perfect symmetry is NOT achievable although we will try our best. • Results will vary per person depending on skin type, aftercare, existing brow hair and bone structure- everyone accepts pigment differently. • Not following proper aftercare instructions will compromise your results.
